Ride to Remember – Jeff Coursen

You Can Eat and Dance, No Motorcycle Necessary!

“I slept and dreamt that life was joy, I woke and saw that life was service, I acted and, behold, service was joy.”

Pawling Fire House at South Street, Pawling. Sunday, September 18th

10 am Biker Registration, 11am kickstands up. 1 pm Pig Roast @ Pawling Fire House, riders & non-riders welcome. This 80-mile charity motorcycle ride and pigroast benefits St.Christopher’s Inn. Attendance is free, contributions are voluntary.

The memory of a man who helped recovering addicts through example and service infuses this gathering with decidedly joyous proof that service to each other need never cease: it passes along to the next rider.

On the night he died, Jeff Coursen was riding his motorcycle to sponsor addicts in recovery from alcohol and heroin. He was 53 years old. However, Ride to Remember is not for mourning, but a legacy of moving ever forward. The ride is a celebration in the wind.

All voluntary contributions will benefit St Christopher’s Inn for recovering addicts. Live music and meals provided by anonymous donors. For more information, log on to www.jeffride.com
