Pawling Fire Department’s Parade Season Comes to a Close


The Pawling Fire Department had One Hell-Of-A Parade Season this year.  We competed in 6 parades and took home a total of 8 Trophies in 5 out of 6 Parades. Even our Band received a Trophy in Dover’s Parade.  The break down of Trophies is as follows –

Amenia – July 6th – Best Regulation Uniform

Dover – July 21st – Best Regulation Uniform, Best Color Guard, Best Apparatus ’99 and Older and Best Senior Band*

Patterson – July 27th – Best Color Guard and Best Overall

D.C.V.F.A. County Convention Parade –
Hopewell – August 10th – Best Non-Regulation Uniform

Kent, CT – August 24th – Best Overall

* Best Senior Band Trophy went to our Band for that Parade, Company B.
