Pulling out all the stops!
A familiar delight is coming your way on Sunday, December 16 at 5 pm. It is the 37th annual Christmas Concert of the Christ Church Singers at Christ Church on Quaker Hill, 17 Church Road in Pawling NY.
Music Director Mary Jane Phelan says, “The music ranges from the 15th century to the 21st century. This is the first time we will incorporate young singers in the main group. We welcome Meghan Riley and Lauren Greiner. We also have a carol sing with the audience at intermission.”
There are 30 singers in the choir with soloists Herman Harmelink from Dover, John Wyles and Lauren Greiner. Accompaniment includes handbells and orchestra made up of flute, string bass, trumpet, percussion, piano and organ.
