The Pawling Library Foundation will sponsor the annual used book sale on Saturday, May 5th and Sunday, May 6th at the Lathrop Building in Lakeside Park. Specific sale hours are listed below; please note that the “early bird” hours carry an additional fee of $20.00.
The annual book sale offers thousands of gently used books and audiovisual materials for purchase. It is the perfect place to pick up books for readers of all ages—board books, beginning readers, middle grade and young adult novels as well as nonfiction, mysteries and even copies of recent New York Times Bestsellers—all at bargain prices. Proceeds from the sale directly support library programming, collection development and additional library projects.
As always, volunteers are much needed to help set up for the sale. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact the Pawling Library at 845-855-3444 or visit the library’s website, www.pawlinglibrary.org, for more information.
