The Pawling Library will host three special programs presented by Jeanne Schumacher Ed. D., which will introduce people to a Whole Food Plant Based Lifestyle. Participants will discover how making changes to their diet can greatly improve the quality of their lives. The benefits of replacing highly processed foods with healthy alternatives are bountiful, including weight loss and preventing heart disease and hypertension.
