On Friday, July 19th, the Pawling Library hosted a Scavenger Hunt. Children in kindergarten through fifth grade competed to find objects hidden around the library. While all the competitors walked away with a small prize, the two winners of the competition earned the right to shove a pie in the face of Children’s Programming Coordinator, Neena McBaer. “The whole program was designed by our Summer Programming Coordinator, Carla Biggs, who did an excellent job. The kids had a blast. The competition was fierce, but the children all helped each other, too. The ultimate winners of the contest earned extra points for assisting their friends and opponents,” reported Ms. McBaer.
