Pawling Public Radio’s Programming Committee is currently seeking additional live programs and topics of interest to further enhance the station’s current diversified programming. If interested in discussing your program idea(s) and to arrange for a time to meet, please e-mail us at info@pawlingpublicradio.org. Please note: There is a minimal sponsorship fee requested for broadcasting to defray the cost of production. This includes salaries for PPR’s sound engineers and upkeep of our studio equipment: $20.00 per half hour; $25 per hour. All Sponsorships are tax deductible for individuals and businesses.
All radio shows are developed by volunteers. There are many live and pre-recorded programs of interest to local and our internet community. These presently include music of all genres, Health and Fitness; Education and Cultural Programs; The Arts and Entertainment; Book Reviews; Our Earth; Sports; Weather; History; Current Events; Local Events; and special programs for holidays and festivals.
Pawling Public Radio was incorporated in October 4, 2007 as a not-for-profit community radio station, broadcasting educational and cultural programs in the greater Pawling area and Hudson/Harlem Valleys. PPR currently broadcasts to a far-reaching audience over the internet 24/7 at www.pawlingpublicradio.org and www.thebeatofthevalley.com.
Once the Coronavirus lifestyle goes back to normalcy again, join our Pawling Public Radio Team as we develop more new, informative, and entertaining programming. We would love to hear your ideas.
