A Proponent of the Farm to Table movement, in addition to the tremendous interest in agri-venture and artisan enterprise throughout the Hudson Valley, “Farm to Table Talk” is an informational resource for our community and PPR listeners.
Our conversations with local vendors, who exemplify the Farm to Table movement, will enlighten and encourage listeners to participate by supporting local businesses that range from large farming operations, dining establishments , distillery’s to individuals who simply live the life of sustainable food by planting and gardening their own little plot.
In addition we hope to entice additional participation in the Farm to Table movement by using our real estate expertise as we discuss potential venues and properties available in our area that are suitable for specific ventures or for any multitude of different uses.
We will also provide conversations with local experts to include information in regards to town zoning, permits, exemptions, etc. for those who use their property in an agri-venture enterprise.
Farm to Table Talk is hosted by Bill Bonecutter and Ann Dyal and can be heard Sunday mornings at 8am and Monday, Wednesday and Friday’s at 12pm.
