Bill Bonecutter

An accomplished musician and textile artist who recently completed his first series of short stories “A year in Wingdale”, Bill lives in an 18th Century Quaker Farmhouse in Dover, NY and is an active organic farmer who also raises happy, energetic Vizla Dogs. After producing television shows for Nickelodeon, he retired several years ago from Manhattan to the country. He began a career in Real Estate where his passion for country properties that value land preservation and local agri-ventures took off. Bill joined PPR in 2015 as host for ”Farm to Table Talk” which was blogged on The Herd with over 25,000 hits on the Houlihan Lawrence RE website. Conversations with his 93 year- old mother about the depression and war years highlighted another show, “Third Party Line”. Currently, “Bill’s Big Band Show” reflects the era of Swing and can be heard live on WPWL/ 103.7FM. In addition to serving as Board Chairman since January, 2017, Bill is WPWL’s Director of Programming Development. Over the past three years, programming has grown substantially, now broadcasting live 7 days a week. Bill also sits on the Education, Fundraising, Sales and Marketing committees.
