Upon the closing of the acquisition, Green Hub will immediately begin build-out of its space for retail tenants on the first floor and student apartments on the 2^nd and 3^rd floors. BNR attorneys were pleased to provide counsel to Green Hub on all aspects of real estate, title, zoning and condominium issues.
