This proggram is for those who are 65 and over. to keep their major muscles strong and prevent falls for the elderly. It has been running for the past 14 years. There are two sessions each week Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 to 10:25am, lead by Nada Davis and repeated from 10:35 to 11:35 same days by Jeanne Kelly. To join call the Office of the Aging 486-2555 for application and more details. All are welcome, and it is free,but an annual small donation is asked of participant.
Also taking place in the community room at the King ‘s Apartments is a free blood pressure check monthly under the auspices of the Pawling Resource Center. This is on the last Tuesday of each month from 10 to 11 am. Call Nada Davis at 855-5355 for more information
