The Stone Soup Community-Fest is a night of fun and educational workshops. Each workshop is hosted by talented and skilled community members and are given solely to inspire and educate anyone who wants to attend. It is a great night for family, friends, and community bonding.
We have some great new workshops this year as well as some old favorites.New workshops are Cooking With Olive Oil hosted by The Blue Olive, Family Sing Along with Pawling Elementary Music Teacher/singer/songwriter/recording artist Brianne Chasanoff, Party Hair by ANEU Hair Salon, a Children’s Dance workshop hosted by The High School Varsity Dance Team and a valentine card workshop for younger children hosted by Susan Macura. We even have a workshop especially for adults. It’s Jewelry Making and Repair hosted by Pawling Middle school art teacher Amy Maucieri. Alma Hicks from Inner Balance Studio is back for her second year with Chair Yoga.
Always popular old favorites include Cupcake Decorating, Cupcake Swap, Karate, Knitting, Legomania, Origami and The Legend of Stone Soup Brought To Life With Children.
Register for TWO 45 minute workshops. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. (a great opportunity for family members to do things together) Register early as space and supplies for some workshops are limited.
